Your finished piece is inspected, documented, and protected for its journey to you. The jewelry box, accompanying paperwork, and outer parcel each have a purpose: to keep the piece secure and make its arrival clear and traceable.

Packaging is part of the delivery process, from the presentation box to the sealed outer parcel.
A protected jewelry box
Your piece is placed securely in its jewelry box before it is packed for transit.
The paperwork travels with it
The certificate of authenticity and care information accompany the finished piece. Applicable diamond grading documentation identifies the center stone.
A protective outer parcel
The presentation box is protected within an outer shipping parcel, ready for the insured delivery service.
Before the box is sealed
The finished piece passes quality control before dispatch. Packaging is checked and photographed before sealing, so the condition at departure is documented.
The jewelry box, certificate of authenticity, and care card are brought together before the parcel leaves the atelier.

Packaging protects the piece during handling. Insured shipping, tracking, and a required signature provide the next layer of care during delivery.
When your parcel arrives
Check the outer parcel before opening it and keep the packaging while you inspect the contents. Retain the certificate and care information with your order records.
If you notice damage, signs of tampering, or a missing item, photograph the parcel and its contents and contact us with your order number and tracking details.
Keep the packaging for any return
Retain the original packaging and accompanying documents. Before sending a piece back for a return, resize, repair, or upgrade, contact our team for the relevant instructions.
