Sustainability Report
Sustainability in fine jewelry is not a declaration — it is a discipline.
We measure it in decisions made quietly, materials chosen carefully,
and standards held consistently, without exception.

To source materials whose origins we can verify and stand behind.
To work with craftspeople whose conditions we have seen for ourselves.
To be transparent about what we do not yet know, and what we are still working to improve.
To create jewelry that carries no hidden costs — to the people who made it, or the world it came from.
To keep improving. One verified decision at a time.
Responsible Creation
Every piece we make begins with a question: can we account for this material, this process, this partnership? If the answer requires more work, we do the work before we proceed.

Our Commitment To 2030
At SinceLove, we believe the future of fine jewelry is built on greater transparency and responsibility. By 2030, we are committed to continuously improving how we source, create, and deliver our jewelry — from diamonds and materials to craftsmanship and production.
Sustainability is a journey, not a single achievement. We are focused on making thoughtful choices, reducing our impact, and building a more responsible approach to fine jewelry that honors both the beauty of each piece and the world around us.
Our Key Pillars

Collective Responsibility
We cannot be responsible in isolation. Every claim we make about sustainability depends on the partners, suppliers, and craftspeople who stand behind it. We audit their practices, share our standards, and accept responsibility when they are not met — rather than passing that responsibility down the chain.

Our Commitment to a More Conscious Future
Fine jewelry carries a story beyond the piece itself. At SinceLove, we believe that story should begin with responsible choices.
Through careful sourcing, transparent practices, and continuous improvement, we are rethinking how jewelry is created — with greater respect for resources, communities, and the future.

Our Sustainability Achievements 2020–2025
Every stone — lab-grown and natural — is accompanied by independent certification and chain-of-custody documentation. No exceptions.
We completed the elimination of single-use plastic from our fulfillment and retail packaging in 2024, ahead of our 2026 target.
Longevity in craftsmanship is itself a sustainability practice. A ring that lasts a lifetime is a ring that doesn't need to be replaced.

A More Thoughtful Way to Create Fine Jewelry
True responsibility is found in every decision — from the diamonds we select, the metals we use, to the craftspeople who bring each piece to life. At SinceLove, we believe responsible creation is not defined by a single policy, but by the continuous choices made throughout the journey of every piece.
Through verified sourcing, honest disclosure, and respect for lasting quality, we continue to create jewelry that carries meaningful value — for the people who wear it, and the world it came from.We do not use the word "sustainable" as a marketing position. We use it as a standard we measure ourselves against, report on annually, and improve against consistently.
We would rather be slow and true than fast and loud
The work described on this page will not be finished this year. Responsible sourcing, verified supply chains, and consistent improvement are ongoing practices — not destinations. They become more rigorous, more measurable, and more demanding over time, not less.
If you have a question about a specific piece, a specific material, or a specific claim we have made here, write to us. The answer will come from someone who works directly on these questions.
