Spend forty-five minutes with a specialist who has read your notes, prepared your references, and curated three pieces for your consideration before you join the call. No script. No upsell. Just a conversation

Jewellery, Made Deeply Personal
Every Since Love piece begins with something personal—a story, a feeling, or a shared future. Through thoughtful design, we turn what matters to you into jewellery made to hold meaning for a lifetime.

Every story is unique, and its jewellery should be too. Each detail reflects your style, your relationship, and its meaning.

From diamonds and metals to proportion and setting, our consultants guide every choice to create a piece that feels truly yours.

More than a beautiful piece, it is a memory made tangible—designed to be worn today, treasured over time, and passed on with its story.

The consultation space
Since Love’s consultation space is refined, welcoming, and personal. Our display counters allow clients to view each piece clearly, while consultants introduce rings based on their preferences and needs.
The atmosphere is calm and considered, allowing clients to focus on the details that matter. Our consultants create space for questions, reflection, and honest discussion, while offering clear professional guidance on diamonds, settings, proportions, craftsmanship, and long-term wear. Every recommendation is made with the client’s needs in mind, never simply to complete a sale.
Refreshments are offered throughout the appointment. Every consultation follows a professional process, but never feels rushed.

Your consultant
Every Since Love consultant is a trained jewellery designer, ensuring each consultation is led by design expertise rather than sales pressure.
You will be assigned a named consultant when you book, and that person will follow your commission from the first meeting through to collection. They will be the person you contact if you have questions. They will be the person who calls you when the ring is ready. The relationship is continuous, not transactional.
Our consultants ask thoughtful questions about budget, personal style, lifestyle, and material preferences. Every recommendation is considered carefully to create a ring that feels personal, appropriate, and lasting

The workshop
Since Love's workshop operates in the same building as the consultation space — not as a marketing point, but as a practical one. When your consultant needs to check something with the jeweller, the answer comes in minutes. When you ask a question about how a detail will be executed, your consultant can walk next door and find out.
Clients who wish to see the workshop are welcome to visit on a subsequent appointment. Some clients find it meaningful to stand in the space where their ring is being made. Others prefer to wait until collection. Both are entirely fine.
During making, you receive at least one update with a photograph — not marketing photography, but a picture of the actual piece mid-production sent by your consultant, with a note about where the work is. The intention is to make the making visible, without making it anxious.
How A Since Love Commission Unfolds
Six stages, your pace. The time between each depends on how quickly decisions feel right to you — not on a production schedule we're trying to meet.
-
01
Book & questionnaire
Book online, by phone, or email. Your consultant will be ready to guide you from the moment your appointment begins.
-
02
First consultation
A 45-minute conversation, with reference pieces and live sketches to help define your direction.
-
03
Design proposals
Receive two or three formal proposals, reviewed in person or remotely. Refine or adapt them until the design feels right.
-
04
Commission confirmed
Once approved, making begins. Your consultant confirms the details, keeps you updated, and gives the piece the time it needs.
-
05
Making update
Receive a mid-production photograph and request small adjustments while they are still straightforward.
-
06
Collection
Collect your piece in person. It is placed in your hands before being presented in Since Love packaging.
What you don't need to bring
A clear idea of what you want
If you had a clear idea, you might not need the consultation. Most people arrive with a direction, not a design — and a direction is exactly enough to begin. The consultant's job is to work with what you bring and develop it, not to receive a brief and execute it.
Knowledge of gemstones or metals
Since Love consultants explain what is relevant to your specific decision. If you need to know the difference between a brilliant and a cushion cut to choose your ring, you'll be told. Expertise is offered in proportion to its usefulness — not as a lecture you have to sit through.
A fixed budget
Bringing a rough range is more useful than arriving without one, because budget shapes every design decision. But that range can be wide and provisional. Since Love will never make you feel that your budget is wrong.
Saved images or a mood board
Bring images if you have them — they're useful, especially for showing what you don't want. But their absence won't hold the conversation back. Some of Since Love's best commissions began with "I have no images and I don't know where to start."
Your partner, if it's a surprise
Since Love regularly designs rings for people who aren't in the room, using descriptions, knowledge of existing jewellery, and a discreet approach to finding out ring sizes without giving anything away. We have helped plan many surprises and kept all of them.
A particular kind of relationship
Since Love serves every couple, every identity, every relationship structure. We make no assumptions about gender, about who is proposing, or about what the ring is for. The consultation begins with asking, not assuming — and stays that way throughout.
Who comes to Since Love
Since Love's consultation experience is designed to serve every kind of client. These are some of the occasions and situations we work with most frequently.
Planning A Proposal
- The most common visit. Designing a ring for a moment that hasn't happened yet, for a person who isn't in the room.
Couples Coming Together
- Partners choosing their rings together - whether that means matching designs, complementary pieces, or two entirely different rings.
Resetting Or Reworking
- Bringing an inherited stone, or a ring that no longer feels right, and working with Since Love to create something new from what already exists.
A Significant Occasion
- Anniversary, milestone, personal meaning. A piece commissioned to mark something that matters - not necessarily a wedding.
The consultation is the beginning of everything.
There is no cost to book, and no obligation to commission. The appointment exists for you to understand what Since Love offers and whether it's right for what you need. Many clients who visit do commission. Some don't — and Since Love is at peace with that.
In-store FAQ
You are welcome to walk in, and we will do our best to see you. Booking guarantees a consultant has read your notes, set aside pieces for you, and blocked the time — so for a first consultation we recommend it.
Only if it suits the occasion. Couples choosing rings together often come as a pair; if it is a surprise, come alone and we will help you plan discreetly, including finding out ring size without giving anything away.
Commissions span a wide range, and budget shapes every design decision. Bring a rough range and your consultant will show you what is possible within it. There is no minimum, and you will never be made to feel your budget is wrong.
That is fine. The consultation is free and carries no obligation. You leave with a written summary and can return whenever the timing feels right — the same consultant, the same notes.
Reply to your confirmation email or call the atelier. There is no fee, and your notes and any pieces set aside for you carry over to the new time.
Yes. On request, your consultant can walk you through the workshop so you can see how pieces are made and meet the people making them. Let us know when booking so we can arrange it.
