Return & Exchange Policy
1. Overview
At Since Love Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Each jewelry item is carefully crafted to celebrate life’s meaningful moments.
To maintain product integrity and ensure fairness for both customers and our company, the following return and exchange policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
By placing an order with Since Love Jewelry, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- The item must be returned in original condition.
- All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included.
This 30-day return window applies only to eligible non-custom finished pieces from our standing collections. To remain eligible, the item must be returned in original saleable condition, with all original certificates, packaging, and tags intact, and must be returned under the assigned return authorization.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or bespoke jewelry.
- Personalized or engraved items.
- Made-to-order designs.
- Rings that have been resized or modified.

Designated loose diamonds and gemstones.
- Loose diamonds, designated or reserved loose stones, and stones sourced to customer specifications.
- Clearance, final-sale, sample, special-sourced, special-order, or discontinued pieces.
- Earrings and other pieces touching pierced areas.

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, dents, chemical residue, or damage.
- Items with missing certificates, original packaging, or documentation.
- Items that have been previously exchanged.

Items modified, repaired, or resized by third parties.
Pieces produced based on customer-specified requirements are not eligible for any return, exchange, or no-fault refund once produced, reserved, or allocated. This includes pieces with designated diamonds or designated loose stones, modified-design or modified-mounting pieces, special-size or special-length pieces, special-material or special-color treatments, and any piece produced after confirmation through CAD renderings, wax models, video approval, certification review, or other Final Confirmation Documents.
Because these pieces are made, sourced, or allocated for one specific buyer, they cannot be restocked or resold to another customer at full value. All special pricing transactions, including wholesale pricing, manager-approved pricing, discounted pricing, promotional pricing, or any other non-standard pricing arrangement, are final sale once confirmed.
Once sourcing, reservation, allocation, or production begins, the order is firm and binding.
4.Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending the item back.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item if applicable.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and an assigned return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization, without the assigned return authorization, or for merchandise that is not eligible under this policy may not be accepted, and no credit is due unless the returned merchandise is actually received and approved after inspection.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
For security purposes, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service, such as:
Since Love Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. International Returns
For international returns:
- The package must be declared as “Returned Goods”.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
- Incorrect customs declarations may delay or prevent refunds.
7. Inspection Process
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.
If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, Since Love Jewelry reserves the right to:
- Reject the return.
- Adjust the refund amount if necessary.
8. Refunds
Once approved returned merchandise has been received under the assigned return authorization and has passed inspection, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable services are not refundable..
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the exchanged item has a different price, the price difference must be paid before shipment.
- Exchange items must meet the same inspection standards as returns.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the issue and provide repair, replacement, or refund options where appropriate.
11. Chargeback & Fraud Protection
If a chargeback is initiated after an item has been delivered or after order confirmation, Since Love Jewelry reserves the right to provide documentation to the payment provider, including:
- Order confirmation.

- Delivery confirmation.
- Communication records.

CAD, video, or certification approval records.
- Product inspection records.

Return authorization history, including whether any approved return was actually issued or received.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

Since Love Jewelry reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy. Policy updates may occur periodically and apply to future transactions.
