Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
This period allows you time to receive, review, and experience your piece before making a final decision.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible items only, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- All original packaging, documentation, and certificates are included
Please note:
Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are created specifically for you.
Return Shipping
If a quality or manufacturing-related issue is confirmed, return shipping will be covered by us.
For all other returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility.
If the exchange item differs in price, any balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Resizing Policy
One complimentary resizing is available within 60 days of delivery on eligible designs.
Please note:
- Certain styles, custom-made pieces, or specialty designs may not be eligible for resizing
- Additional resizing requests beyond the complimentary service may incur a fee
- Resizing eligibility is subject to design structure and material limitations
Condition of Returned Items
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components may be refused or returned to the customer.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow processing time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or resizing.
